We have the right to refuse service.
We do understand that your schedule may be subject to change and may require adjustments. Therefore, we request 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. If it is less than 24 hours, you will be charged $25.00 during your next service. After one missed appointment, you will be charged 50% for the service you missed during your next booked service.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. ( ideal 5 min before) It will give us time to discuss any concerns or changes you would like made to your lashes. Arriving late means fewer lashes are applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late, this may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
Please ensure your lashes are clean and free of all makeup during service.
You must have at least 40% lash extensions remaining on each eye to be considered a fill; less than 40% will be charged for a full set.
Foreign fills need to be assessed, and if lashes aren't applied correctly, they will need to be removed, and a New full set will be applied.
Keeping your lashes clean each day is essential—no oil near the eye. Use only oil-free products: no heat, sauna, hot tub or steamy showers. Avoid water directly on your eyelashes for 24 hours. It allows the glue extra time to adhere to.
If you experience an allergic reaction due to your service, please get in touch with us immediately for assistance. If you have experienced allergic reactions in the past, let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered before the appointment. Refunds will not be given for allergic reactions. However, we will remove the lashes for free.
All services are non-refundable; however, your satisfaction is our top priority! We want you to love your lashes and your experience! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can schedule an appointment to fix any concerns.
Class fees, including deposits, are non-refundable. However, students may transfer payment to another date within the same year. Please notify us two weeks in advance to make any changes to your chosen course date; otherwise, no changes will be made. No refunds will be issued if a student does not attend.
