POLICIES

By booking with My Kozy Lashes, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

• Cancellations & No-Shows: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 fee added to your next appointment. A first no-show will be charged 50% of the missed service. A second no-show will be charged 100% of the missed service.

• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time, ideally 5 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shorter service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

• Clean Lashes: Please arrive with clean lashes, free of eye makeup, oils and buildup.

• Fill Appointments: At least 40% of extensions must remain on each eye to qualify for a fill. Less than 40% will be charged as a full set.

• Foreign Fills: Lashes applied by another artist will be assessed before your service. If the existing work cannot be safely filled, removal and a new full set may be required.

• Aftercare: Proper cleansing and aftercare are essential for healthy lashes and the best retention. Please follow the aftercare instructions provided at your appointment.

• Reactions: Please advise us of any previous sensitivities or reactions before your appointment. If a reaction occurs, contact us as soon as possible. Lash removal will be provided at no charge when required due to a reaction. Services are non-refundable.

• Satisfaction: We want you to love your lashes! Please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment with any concerns so we can assess and correct the issue where appropriate.

• Training Courses: Course fees and deposits are non-refundable. With at least 2 weeks’ notice, payment may be transferred to another available course date within the same calendar year. No-shows and changes with less than 2 weeks’ notice are non-transferable.

• GST: Applicable GST will be added to services and training.

• My Kozy Lashes reserves the right to refuse service when necessary for health, safety or professional reasons.
